Letter of appointment is the acknowledgement of Malaysia Royal Custom indicates that Bintang
Baru Forwarding Sdn. Bhd. is authorized to represent your company to perform custom
clearance.

For the first time customer, usually it take 5 to 7 working days to get the approval from Malaysia
Royal Custom. Once it completed, we are able to perform custom clearance for all of your
shipment in the future.

Yes, we do support Inter-state lorry transport, in fact we are actually have number of customer
are for inter-state lorry transport. Currently we are mainly cover for West Coast of Malaysia.

In Shipping, FCL mean Full Load Container , FCL means that you have the entire container’s
space to yourself and will not be sharing your container with other shippers.

LCL, Mean Less Than Container Load, LCL means that your cargo is consolidated with other
shippers’ goods to fill a container, and LCL shipping, all goods must be palletized. If you are
shipping boxed, crated or loose cargo, these must be place on pallets.

For BBF Logistic, currently our cross border lorry transport only covers for FCL. If you wish BBF
Logistic to perform LCL shipment for your company, we may arrange that with support of our
partner.

Currently BBF Logistics have cover for 40ft shipping container, 20ft shipping container, 40ft open
truck, Bonded Truck,  Low Loader Truck, 5ton truck, 3ton truck.
